  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 4 to 8 boneless chicken breasts or fryer chicken, cut up

Directions

    Combine oil, vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper and egg in blender. Rinse chicken and pat dry.

    Place in single layer in glass dish. Pour marinade over chicken, turning to coat.

    Cover and marinate 8 to 16 hours, turning occasionally.

    Drain chicken, reserving marinade and place on rack.

    Grill for 1 hour, turning and basting with reserved marinade.
