  • 1 15 oz can cannelini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • Juice and zest of 1/4 lemon
