- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 large egg
- 7 c. flour (all-purpose)
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt, egg and oil. Mix with mixer until foamy, just until mixed.

2Mix until it forms a bowl.

3Turn bread over in bowl and cover.

4Let rise for 1 1/2 hours or until it doubles in size.

5Knead down and place in greased pans; cover and let rise 1 hour.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
