  • 1 12 cups white chocolate chips (divided)
  • 14 cup butter
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F Grease 13x0 inch pan.

    In large saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup of chips and butter.

    Stir in sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla.

    Stir in flour and baking powder until blended.

    Stir in pecans and remaining chips.

    Spoon into mixture into prepared pan.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
