  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • small dinner rolls

Directions

    Mix and press on cookie sheet (one with the edging).

    Prick top of the ground chuck and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350°.

    Continue for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Cut into squares and put on rolls.
