- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8-1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4-1/2 c. green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans separated (1 cup in the mixture and 1 cup to roll the ball in)

1Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.

2Beat cream cheese until smooth and add

3all ingredients, continue beating until blended.

4Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.

5Remove from refrigerator and form into 2 balls or logs.

6Roll in pecans and wrap in waxed paper.

7Keep chilled until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or chips.
