  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers
  • 1 12 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 12 cups monterey jack cheese
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Heat oil in dutch oven or large pot.

    Over medium heat, add onions and garlic, stirring frequently until the onions are translucent.

    Add chicken broth, chicken, and remaining items.

    Stir frequently and bring to boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
