  • 1 lb. chicken sliced thin or chunks
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • chili powder to taste
  • 2 cans white beans
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 small can green chiles (optional)

Directions

    Saute chicken and onion about 5 minutes.

    Add seasonings, green chiles and chicken broth.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Serve with chopped green onion and sour cream.
