  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 -8 ounce monterey jack pepper cheese (i use the cubes)

    Mix chicken, beans, broth & salsa in slow cooker.

    Cook on high for 3-4 hrs add cheese -- continue cooking until cheese

    is melted.

    Serve with tositos & sour cream.
