  • 2 (16 oz.) cans navy beans
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 c. chopped cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Combine beans, broth, water, onion and garlic in Dutch oven. Add chicken, chilies, cumin, oregano and red pepper.
