- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. baking cocoa
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) white morsels, divided
Directions

1Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Beat butter and sugar together in large mixing bowl.

2Beat in eggs and vanilla.

3Gradually beat in flour mixture.

4Stir in 1 1/2 cups morsels. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out slightly sticky.

6Cool in pan on wire rack (brownies will sink in center when cooled).

7Melt remaining morsels; drizzle over top of brownies.

8Makes 16 brownies.
