- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 10 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 x fruit fresh, assorted
Directions

1Heat oven to 300F (150C)ahrenheit.

2In small mixer bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth; blend in flour.

3Press mixture onto bottom and up side of 12-inch round pizza pan.

4Flute edge, if necessary.

5Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned; cool completely.

6Prepare white filling; spread on cooled crust.

7Cover; refrigerate.

8Prepare fruit topping.

9Cover; refrigerate assembled tart until just before serving.

12Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred vigorously.
