- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 cups white bread cubes (1/2 inch)
- boiling water
- 1 cup Chocolate Sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325F.

2Microwave white chocolate, milk, sugar and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 4 min.

3or until butter is melted, stirring after 2 min.

4Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

5Add eggs and vanilla; beat with wire whisk until well blended.

6Pour over bread cubes in 2-qt.

7baking dish.

8Place dish in larger baking pan, then place in oven.

9Carefully add enough boiling water to baking pan to come 1 inch up side of baking dish.

10Bake 40 to 45 min.

11or until knife inserted in center comes out almost clean.

12Serve warm with the Chocolate Sauce.
