  • 3/4 c. white chocolate (6 oz.)
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Melt chocolate with hot water; set aside.

    Combine all other ingredients in large bowl (except nuts and coconut) and beat 1 minute at medium speed.

    Blend in white chocolate and beat 1 more minute.

    Fold in nuts and coconut.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in greased and paper lined pans.
