- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Buttermilk, Chilled
- 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 3/4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Heavy Cream

1Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper or a Silpat mat. Set aside.

2In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Whisk to combine.

3Pour in the buttermilk and melted butter, stirring to ensure that there are no lumps. Gently fold in white chocolate chips.

4Drop dough by spoonfuls onto prepared baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until biscuits are slightly golden brown and firm. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes on pan, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.

5To make the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and heavy cream in a large bowl. Drizzle over cooled biscuits.
