- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 1 oz. squares white baking chocolate, melted
- 2 c. blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries

1In a bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.

2Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form; set aside.

3In another bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

4Add chocolate and beat until fluffy.

5Add chocolate and beat until smooth.

6Fold in whipping cream and alternate layers of mousse and berries in parfait glasses, ending in mousse.

7Garnish with additional berries if desired.

8Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
