  • 8 ounces sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix (2 packages)
  • 4 cups skim milk (to make pudding per instructions on box)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
  • 1 ounce sugar-free white chocolate syrup (DaVinci)
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip Lite (1 tub can also use fat free or sugar free)
  • 1 cup roasted almonds

Directions

    Place Almonds in a mini food chopper until coarsely chopped.

    Line a small casserole dish with the chopped almonds.

    Make pudding per package instructions.

    Fold in room temp cream cheese & cool whip.

    Add White chocolate syrup to mixture.

    Add mixture on top of chopped almonds.

    Refrigerate 2 hours Serve w/ sliced strawberries.
