White Chocolate Pecan Candy

- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 c. coarsely broken pecans
- 12 oz. white chocolate
Directions

1Melt butter in a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.

2Spread pecans evenly in pan.

3Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Place white chocolate in top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water.

4Cook until candy melts.

5Let cool 2 minutes.

6Add pecans and stir until coated.

7Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.

8Cool completely and store in airtight container.
