- 150 grams light corn syrup
- 300 grams white chocolate, melted
- 1 powdered sugar
- 1 dash icing color

1Melt the chocolate over a hot-water bath

2(if you like some color on your figures you can add some icing color into the melted chocolate befor the syrup)

3Stir the syrup into the melted chocolate until the mixture thickens.

4Pour the batter into a plastic bag and chill until the chocolate is firm enough to handle.

5Knead the chocolate slightly before use to soften it.

6If it sticks to the surface or your fingers, you can use powdered sugar to prevent it from sticking.

7Cool your hands with cold water before you start working with the chocolate.

8This choclate plastic can be rolled out like a sugar paste if you want to cover a cake.

9Or it can be used to shape decorations such as flowers and leaves.
