- 4 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/8 cups white chocolate
- 3 1/4 tablespoons rennet junket, powder
Directions

1In a small saucepan, mix the junket with a little bit of milk, and dissolve well.

2Add the remaining milk, and add the white chocolate broken into pieces.

3Cook on low heat until it begins to boil, and thickens slightly. Stir constantly to prevent pasting.

4Pour into serving plate or cups, and refrigerate until pudding solidifies.
