White Chocolate Pudding

  • 4 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/8 cups white chocolate
  • 3 1/4 tablespoons rennet junket, powder

Directions

    In a small saucepan, mix the junket with a little bit of milk, and dissolve well.

    Add the remaining milk, and add the white chocolate broken into pieces.

    Cook on low heat until it begins to boil, and thickens slightly. Stir constantly to prevent pasting.

    Pour into serving plate or cups, and refrigerate until pudding solidifies.
