  • 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. whole milk
  • 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 bar white chocolate
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    In a saucepan, whisk sugar, cornstarch, and salt to combine.

    Slowly whisk in milk and cream.

    Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly.

    Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking until mixture thickens, 1 to 2 minutes.

    Remove saucepan from heat and add white chocolate, butter, and vanilla.

    Whisk until white chocolate melts and mixture is blended.

    Scrape pudding into a bowl and press plastic wrap over the surface.
