- 1 qt. dry white corn kernels
- 2 qt. water
- 1/2 c. slacked lime
Directions

1Dissolve lime in water in large kettle.

2Add corn and boil for 30 minutes or until hulls loosen.

3Let stand 30 minutes.

4Then wash in cold water until dark tips of kernels are removed.

5Rinse again until water is clean.

6Use in Posoli.
