  • 7/8 pound pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

  • 2 sesame
  • 1 13/16 cups mozzarella grated
  • 2 handfuls cheese Gaunda

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C.

    Put the parchment paper over the baking sheet and dizzle it with olive oil. Sprinkle paper with half a teaspoon of cornmeal.

    Place the ball of dough in the middle of the parchment and use your hand to press the dough flat. Work from the middle out to shape it into a flat round and then drizzle a little more olive oil on top.

    In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, cooking cream, pepper, salt and half a teaspoon of cornmeal.

    Cover the dough with creamy mixture and sprinkle sesame over the top. Cover everything with mozzarella and Gauda cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and the dough is golden. Bon appetit! ;)
