  • 3 ounces dry white wine
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce pine liqueur
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • 1 ounce dry sparkling wine
  • 1 slice of grapefruit peel for garnish

Directions

    Combine wine, vermouth and liqueurs in a large wineglass filled with ice.

    Stir to chill, then top with club soda and sparkling wine.

    Twist grapefruit peel over it and drop into glass.
