- 1/2 c. egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb. pulverized sugar
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. white vanilla
Directions

1Heat eggs and sugar to 150° on candy thermometer in a double boiler.

2Then beat until white like a meringue.

3In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar and Crisco with pie blender.

4Slowly pour egg white mixture into Crisco mixture, beating as you do it.

5Add vanilla and whip with mixture.

6Stores in refrigerator for months.
