Directions

   Measure shortening and combine with one box of powdered sugar.

   Pour in a little water to make it easier to mix.

   When first box sugar and shortening are all combined and smooth, add the second box of sugar.

   Mix until smooth.

   You may add a little more water to thin the consistancy as needed.
