  • 1 c. water (tap)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. white vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco (scant)
  • 10 c. powdered sugar
  • 2/3 c. Coffee-mate

Directions

    Mix all together on low speed for 3 minutes.

    Then beat 5 minutes on high.

    This is enough frosting for two cakes.

    Also good on cookies and keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
