- 1 lb. whole candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple chunks
- 1 large pkg. whole dates
- 4 c. whole pecans
- 2 c. plain flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar (heaping)
- 3 tsp. cooking sherry or 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Dredge fruit and nuts in small amount of flour.

2Cream the sugar and margarine.

3Alternately add flour and eggs.

4Add flavoring and dredged fruit and nuts.

5Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
