  • 1 lb. margarine

  • 1 (2 oz.) bottle lemon extract
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 lb. pineapple, candied
  • 1 lb. red cherries, candied

    Turn into a prepared tube pan (line with wax paper) and bake at 275° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Put a pan of water under the cake while baking.
