  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 doz. eggs, separated
  • 1/2 c. whiskey or wine
  • 1 lb. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 lb. flour (4 c.)
  • 1 lb. candied cherries (green and red)
  • 1 lb. candied pineapple, green and yellow
  • extra flour (to coat fruit)
