  • 2 3/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup almonds peeled
  • 3 garlic cloves peeled
  • olive oil
  • sherry vinegar
  • salt

Directions

    Put the breadcrumbs in a little water to soak.

    When the breadcrumbs have absorbed all the water, blend with the almonds and garlic in a food processor until a fine paste has formed.

    Add a drizzle of oil and vinegar and a pinch of salt.

    Pulse together until all the flavors have married.

    Add water as needed until you reach a soup-like consistency and serve.
