- 1 pkg. bacon or sausage, save 3 to 4 Tbsp. grease
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 to 1 c. water
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook bacon or sausage in frying pan.

2Sift in heaping tablespoonfuls of flour into saved grease, stirring the whole time so lumps won't form.

3Brown flour.

4Add milk.

5Add water.

6Salt to taste (add a little and then taste until you get it like you like it).

7Cook over medium heat until gravy thickens.
