  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 c. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Cream sugar and cheese together; add vanilla and milk. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water; add cold water.

    Set aside. Let cool but not set.

    To the cream cheese mixture add Cool Whip, pineapple and nuts.

    When gelatine is cool, add to mixture.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish and refrigerate.
