- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 pkg. Knox gelatine
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

1Cream sugar and cheese together; add vanilla and milk. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water; add cold water.

2Set aside. Let cool but not set.

3To the cream cheese mixture add Cool Whip, pineapple and nuts.

4When gelatine is cool, add to mixture.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish and refrigerate.
