- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
Directions

1Whisk 1/4 cup cold water and Knox gelatine until blended.

2Add boiling water and mix until Knox is dissolved.

3Add vanilla and sugar.

4Mix well. Slowly fold in sour cream and Cool Whip.

5Chill 2 to 3 hours, until set.

6Can be poured into a mold.

7Tastes like cheese cake!
