Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve gelatine in cold water.

    Mix pineapple and sugar together in saucepan.

    Add gelatine mixture and bring to a boil. Cool.

    Cream the cream cheese and Marshmallow Creme together.

    Add gelatine mixture.

    Refrigerate until it starts to set.

    Add Cool Whip to chilled mixtures.

    Sprinkle chopped nuts over top. Refrigerate until firm.
