- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. frozen Cool Whip
- fresh strawberries
Directions

1Mix gelatine and water in small pan.

2Heat until dissolved and set aside.

3Soften cream cheese; add sugar.

4Beat well.
-
5Add milk, vanilla and lemon juice to taste.

6Add gelatine and fold in Cool Whip.

7Spray mold with Pam.

8Will set in 2 hours.

9Decorate with fresh strawberries or peaches (canned).

10Very good.
