  • 1 medium size container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 frozen box chopped spinach or broccoli or fresh
  • lasagna noodles

Directions

    Mix together the mushroom soup, soup mix and spinach.

    Boil noodles.

    Layer sauce mixture, cheeses and noodles together.

    Add milk to sauce if too thick or if you need to make more sauce.
