- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Size) White Cake Mix
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 whole Lemons, Zest And Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Butter Extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 9-inch pans with cooking spray and set aside. (I used a big loaf pan , but it will work both ways.)

2In a large bowl, beat all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

3Remove cake from oven and let cool.
