White Lemon Cake

  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Size) White Cake Mix
  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 whole Lemons, Zest And Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Butter Extract

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 9-inch pans with cooking spray and set aside. (I used a big loaf pan , but it will work both ways.)

    In a large bowl, beat all the ingredients until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Remove cake from oven and let cool.
