- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Boil the sugar, corn syrup and water to 242°.

2Beat egg whites stiff.

3Pour hot syrup mixture in a thin steady stream into egg whites.

4Continue beating until it holds very stiff peaks.

5Blend in vanilla.
