  • 2 c. canned white Queen Anne cherries, drained
  • 2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 2 c. mandarin oranges (canned), drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar and put in double boiler; cook until thick, stirring constantly.

    Add lemon juice.

    Beat whipping cream and fold cooled, cooked mixture into the cream.

    Fold in fruit and put in refrigerator overnight and eat.
