  • 3 medium white potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Peel, slice and boil potatoes in clear water until done. Drain well.

    Put in mixing bowl and combine with all other ingredients.

    Beat well.

    Pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
