Directions

   In saucepan, melt chocolate and oil over low heat, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.

   In a large bowl, pour mixture over cereal, gently tossing until well coated.

   Place sugar in small trash bag.

   Add coated cereal and close bag tightly.

   Shake bag gently until cereal is thoroughly coated

   with sugar (may need more than 2 cups).

   Keep in airtight container.
