- 1 large orange
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 200 g butter, melted
- 1 cup caster sugar
- Optional Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup crushed nuts, unsalted, any chopped nuts would do
Directions

1Wash and dry the orange.

2Cut the orange into quarters and remove the pips.

3Place the first 5 ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

4If using the optional ingredients, wait until the mix is well blended, and add the choc chips only, blend chips until just chopped. After blending choc chips, stir in the nuts if using.

5Pour mix into a greased and lined 20cm baking tin and bake at 180dg for 50 minutes.

6Serve warm with cream, or let cake cool and ice.
