- 6 lb. small ripe peaches
- 6 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Do not peel peaches.

2Sprinkle sugar over peaches that have been washed and drained well.

3Pour water over sugar.

4Cook very slowly to avoid scorching, about 3 to 4 hours.

5You can let set overnight, then put in pint jars.

6I put mine up hot so the lids will seal.
