  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 3 medium onions, peeled, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper
  • margarine
  • sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Layer potatoes and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over the potatoes.

    Put a few pats of margarine over cheese.

    Mix soup with 1/2 can water.

    Pour over cheese. Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until done.
