  • 3 Cucumber
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Coarse salt
  • 3 cm Kombu (finely shredded)
  • 1 Red chili pepper (seeds removed and sliced thinly)

Directions

    Wash the cucumbers.

    Put the cucumbers and the combined [A] ingredients in a plastic bag.

    Push the air out of the bag, close and refrigerate for a day.

    Done.

    You can chop up the cucumbers and serve as an instant pickle dish, or skewer them as shown in the photo and crunch away.
