- 4 c. hot water
- 1 c. oil
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. yeast
Directions

1Mix all together (except yeast) and add 5 cups whole wheat flour.

2Then add yeast.

3Let rise for 20 minutes, then add 4 cups white flour.

4If more is needed add from cup number 5.

5Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.

6Makes 4 big loaves or 5 small ones.
