  • 6 c. warm water
  • 6 Tbsp. yeast
  • 5 tsp. salt
  • 6 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • enough white flour to right consistency

Directions

    Mix in order given; knead well.

    Let rise 1 hour, working down every 15 minutes.

    Shape into 6 loaves; let rise again and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
