- 5 c. very warm water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil (corn, canola)
- 6 c. whole wheat flour
- 6 c. white (bread) flour
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1In very large bowl mix 3 cups whole wheat flour, 3 cups white flour, salt, sugar and yeast.

2Make a well and add water and oil. Mix well.

3Add remaining flour, about 2 cups at a time.

4Knead about 15 minutes on floured board.

5Let rise in greased bowl until doubled in bulk; punch down and let rise again.

6Shape into 4 loaves and let rise.

7Bake in preheated 350° oven about 40 minutes.

8Remove loaves from pans and cool on racks.
