  • 3 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
  • 6 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 10 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Directions

    Mix warm water, oil, sugar or honey and yeast and rest for 15 minutes.

    Add salt, eggs and whole wheat flour.

    Shape immediately into rolls, cinnamon rolls or hamburger buns.

    Let rise 10 minutes.

    Bake 10 minutes at 425°.
